I’m a senior executive with 25 years of experience as CEO, VP of Strategy & M&A, Chief Digital Officer, and Transformation Lead at companies like Accor, Kering, Adobe, and La Redoute.

On the organic side: I tripled revenue at La Redoute Nordic in four years through premium repositioning and digital acceleration.
I also built the full digital distribution and customer service platform for Maison Orient Express — covering trains, hotels, and soon a luxury cruise ship.
On the M&A side: at Accor, I led the group’s 10 largest acquisitions — €3.2 billion invested — and helped create the Luxury & Lifestyle divisions, which now generate 30% of group revenue.
In transformation: I turned around onefinestay, cutting losses by 6x and improving operating margin.
Most recently, I restructured a digital division with generative AI, achieving -50% in marketing costs and +20% UX conversion — in partnership with Google.
